OUR OFFERINGSOur plants are all grown within Western Washington, with the exception of some specialty growers in Oregon. We grow some of our favorite varieties of flowers, herbs, and veggies here at the nursery, and hope to do more of that in the future. We stock everything from B&B Field Grown conifers to a great selection of ornamental, edible, and medicinal herbs, also deciduous trees (shade, flowering, and fruiting), shrubs, flowering perennials, ground covers, native plants, berries, annual flowers and veggie starts, dwarf conifers, ornamental grasses including bamboo, roses (See our seasonal rose list) and vines. . See our seasonal tips for more details. All with an emphasis on low water needs, deer resistance and satisfaction with minimal care once established. Best availability is March through May. The indoor garden center features seeds from Territorial, Renee’s, and Botanical Interests, quality tools, pots and vessels of all shapes and sizes, books, lawn, pasture and cover crop seed, environmentally safe critter controls, gloves, watering aids, a full line of Whitney Farms products, organic and synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, indoor houseplants (flowering and foliage), wild bird supplies, and lots of other plant related goodies with a focus on quality, value, and function. On the grounds you will wander through a beautiful selection of plants for sale in clearly marked areas, intermingled in some areas with an array of pottery, portable water features, statuary, furniture and other fun hard features for the garden. We hope you will also be inspired by the construction of our new timber framed greenhouse, wisteria pergola (something to see in bloom in May), and our display herb garden. |
